For most maintenance visits, no. Since treatments focus on building a protective barrier around the exterior of your home, service can usually be completed while you’re away at work or running errands. We don’t typically leave service tickets on the door. Instead, we communicate directly with you — confirming your appointment, providing an ETA before arrival, and checking in once service is complete. You’ll always know when we’re there and when the visit is finished.

Safety is our priority. We use EPA-approved products applied in targeted areas. Once the product has dried (usually 20-30 minutes), your yard is safe for children and pets to return to play.

Pests are active during different seasons, not just summer. A year-round maintenance plan keeps a protective barrier in place to help stop infestations before they start, rather than reacting after pests get inside.
